General Shipping Information
We offer FREE economy delivery option worldwide. The estimated delivery times for the economy option is:
- Europe: 6 – 12 business days
- USA, Australia: 12 – 25 business days
- Rest of the world: 15 – 30 business days
We also offer an expedited delivery option with DHL Express. The estimated delivery time for the expedited option is 2 – 5 business days Worldwide.
We aim to dispatch orders the same day whenever possible, if not then orders will be dispatched the next working day. Where relevant as soon as your order is processed a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you so that you can track your order once it has been collected for delivery.
In order for us to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address with postcode and contact telephone number.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order is delivered in a damaged state, you must sign for your goods as ‘damaged’ and contact us within 3 working days. We will endeavour to meet your requirements as quickly and efficiently as possible for the return of the damaged goods and/or replacement.
If the damaged goods are not signed for as ‘damaged’, you must contact us by the next working day after delivery otherwise we cannot accept your goods as damaged and no further action can be taken.
General Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Any times quoted for delivery area are approximate only and Coffeesection shall not be liable and has no influence over any delay in delivery of the products howsoever caused.
Where relevant, goods must be signed for at the delivery address by the customer, or by any other person nominated by the customer who is over 18 years of age.
Please note that glassware and liquids are not covered by insurance while in transit. Coffeesection will ensure sufficient and secure packing of any such goods and will not be held responsible for any damages/breakages from the point of dispatch.
Coffeesection does not take responsibility for goods that are damaged or broken in transit by the chosen postal or courier service.
Coffeesection does not take any responsibility for any good(s) not being to the customer’s exact liking.
Coffeesection does not take responsibility for products reaching a sub-standard level due to package tampering and/or delivery confusion or absence of recipient. Ownership of the goods shall pass to you once the goods have been delivered, even if the goods have not been received by you in person. Coffeesection takes no responsibility for any damage and/or loss to the goods from the time of receipted delivery.
In the event of non-delivery, please contact Coffeesection at ……………………. and the relevant action will be taken.
Returns
- 14 days return policy for unwanted goods; these items must be returned undamaged/unused
- 30 days return policy for faulty or damaged goods
- The customer is responsible for returning any goods to us
- All refunds will be issued back to the card used to place the original order
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the goods that you receive, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will endeavour to meet your requirements, however, the return of undamaged goods is at your cost. If the goods are returned to us undamaged/unused in their original packaging and remain in a suitable condition for resale a refund will be issued (excluding delivery charges). Any returns that are received by us in a condition Coffeesection deems unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for return and/or refund. Products that are returned used will only be refunded if they have a manufacturing defect. The Espresso Shop takes no responsibility for any loss and/or damage to returned goods in transit and the unsatisfactory/unsecure packing by the customer.
Faulty or damaged goods should be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, we will examine the faulty or damaged product and either offer a replacement or a refund of cost.
Please remember to retain a proof of return from the courier as Coffeesection cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where you make a valid claim in respect of any shortages or defects to your order upon delivery and we are liable for the claim, we can at our option make up the shortages or replace the goods free of charge. Alternatively, we may refund the price of the goods in question to you. The decision of which will be at our discretion.
If delivery is not refused and you do not notify Coffeesection accordingly, Coffeesection shall have no liability for any defects and you shall be bound to pay for the goods.
You have a right to cancel your order with Coffeesection within 2 working days of receiving your purchase. Please notify us in writing within this two-day period if you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s). We will be happy to offer you a full refund including any carriage charges incurred.
