Product Description


  • Purpose: Over time, conical burrs dull, causing uneven grind sizes, low extraction pressure, and channeling. Replacing the assembly restores sharp cutting edges for precise particle sizing and consistent espresso extraction.
Important Note on Burr Types: Breville/Sage machines use two non-interchangeable burr styles across production runs: Standard Precision and Etzinger. Standard burrs feature a flat side on the upper housing, whereas Etzinger burrs have a deep outer groove. SP0110082 is for standard precision setups and is not compatible with Etzinger burr housings.

  • Material: Food-grade hardened stainless steel grinding surfaces encased in high-density polymer housing.
  • Features: Macro-step adjustment alignment notches, integrated wire lifting handle (on upper housing), and 5-point lower burr geometry.
