Function: It is the standard Precision Conical Burr Set. Depending on regional distributor packaging, SP0110082 is sold either as the upper precision burr assembly or as a full burr kit designed to replace legacy components.

Purpose: Over time, conical burrs dull, causing uneven grind sizes, low extraction pressure, and channeling. Replacing the assembly restores sharp cutting edges for precise particle sizing and consistent espresso extraction.

Design Identification: Standard Breville/Sage burr sets (like SP0110082) feature an upper burr housing with flat sides and a 5-point star pattern lower burr.
Important Note on Burr Types: Breville/Sage machines use two non-interchangeable burr styles across production runs: Standard Precision and Etzinger. Standard burrs feature a flat side on the upper housing, whereas Etzinger burrs have a deep outer groove. SP0110082 is for standard precision setups and is not compatible with Etzinger burr housings.
