The Eureka Mignon is equipped with 50mm burrs, and features infinitesimal stepless adjustment for any brew method, coarse or fine. Grind manually, or, automatically using the Mignon’s programmable timed grinding capabilities.

Grinding can be done manually or automatically, as the Mignon can be programmed to dispense a single or double shot on demand over the course of up to 14 seconds. We find the timed grinding function accurate and easy to use. Once you’ve got the Mignon dialed in, you don’t have to worry about losing your setting when you want to do a little sprucing between the burrs. Eureka specially designed all of their grinders to adjust the grind setting using the bottom burr, which stays locked in place during cleaning.

It’s equipped with a 250 watt motor that speedily spins its 50mm burrs; and at just 14” tall, the Mignon fits under any cabinet and any kitchen with its polished aluminum or black housing options. Plus, it keeps pace with most prosumers, though we recommend pairing it with a machine that has similar capacities. Though it's the littlest of the bunch, Eureka designed the Mignon to be a big performer and they’ve created a small wonder. Adjustable Portafilter Catch

To accommodate portafilters of varying sizes, the catch fork on the Eureka Mignon can be adjusted to various heights beneath the spout. For easier grinding for drip devices, the catch can be removed entirely for greater clearance.

Programmable Timed Grinding

The Mignon can easily change between manual and timed operation, thanks to a clever button located beneath the power switch. In timed mode, coffee can be set to dispense between 1 and 14 seconds; while manual grinding is done using an on/off switch just below the coffee chute.

Stepless Adjustment

Using the Mignon’s adjustment knob, you can refine your grind with your thumb and forefinger. The stepless design allows for infinite play between burrs to ensure perfect extraction once you get it dialed in.

Easy Maintenance

The top burr is easily removed by taking out three screws that hold it in place. Because the bottom burr is used to adjust the grind thanks to Eureka’s patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System, that means you can clean your burrs without affecting your grind settings.
