This is an intelligent water filter from Jura, specifically for Jura machines. It uses RFID (Radio-frequency Identification) technology to allow the cartridge and the coffee machine can communicate with each other.

This means your machine will recognise when a filter has been installed and will automatically activate the correct mode, your machine will continue to collect information about the filter and will advise when the filter cartridge has been exhausted.

After filtering, water quality is the best it can be for your coffee. Limescale, heavy metals and other contaminants are effectively removed whilst leaving important minerals in. Leaving you with water that tastes as good as it looks.
